I'm trying to locate a copy of a marriage record for: Sterling Tucker BARRETT and M. A. SEXTON 03 March 1869 in Laurel Co, KY. I've tried to get a copy, but have been told it could not be found. I was informed by someone it is in Book BB p. 139. They were married by W.C. Barrett, place of marriage - W.C. Barrett, wit. Evan Combs & John Barrett. Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to inquire about a copy of the certificate? I know nothing about M.E. Sexton. Sterling Tucker BARRETT was my ggg-father.
