    3. For older conflicts you can now order records online from the National Archives at this url: http://www.archives.gov/research_room/orderonline.html Just click on the order online link. If your veteran is WWII or later you will need to order from the National Personnel Records Center for Military Records in St. Louis. Here is the url: http://www.archives.gov/facilities/mo/st_louis/military_personnel_records/standard_form_180.html You can order records online if you are the next of kin of the deceased.
