JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON JESSIE "ELAINE" GARRETT FROM DAYTON(OH) DAILY NEWS. Jessie "Elaine" Garrett, passed away peacefully December 31, 2005 at her Old North Dayton (OH) home. Elaine was born in London KY to Aretta and Jesse Hamilton. Elaine and her husband Ron celebrated their 36th anniversary on July 26, 2004. Elaine had been employed at Grandview Hospital for 24 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse; brother Bob Hamilton; and sister-in-law Linda Hamilton. She is survived by her husband Ron; mother Aretta; son and daughter-in-law Rob and Shirley; daughter Amy; daughter and son-in-law Angie and Jason; brothers John, Donnie, and Ronnie; sisters-in-law, Linda, Bev, Carol, Becky, Sheila, and Terry; brothers-in-law, Jerry, Bill, and Darryl; grandchildren, Kayla, Nicholas, Sammy, and Garrett; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Elaine was a loving wife, thoughtful and caring mom, awesome grandma, and a lifelong friend. She was a beautiful person who knew no strangers and will be missed by all who knew her.
