    3. Mary, You might try the VA, they have a 800 number you can call. I have received my father and grand father's files that way. Since there was a fire in St. Louis that burned a lot of veterans files I was able to learn a lot in the medical files,that was available else where. Be forewarned that it can take months to get these records.
