He was born June 28, 1927 in London, KY to Elisha Sr. and Lettie (Thomas) Feltner. Services will be at 1 p.m., Monday, January 10 in the Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home, Clayton. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Mona (Mosley) Feltner; son, David & wife Penny Feltner of Hazelwood. Sisters: Martha Bruner of London, KY and Laura Gammon of Indianapolis. A son, Daniel W. Feltner, preceded him in death.
