Hi Joyce, this is Betty and Jasper Wages again There is a person by the name of Billy that we need help with. Billy is Jasper's nephew. That is about all we know about him. Jasper's Mother died when Jasper was 29 months old and the Children was separated. I can tell you who Billy's Mother was. Her name was Oleda Wages. Jasper was borned in Berry, Ky. Harrison County and Jasper assumes that Oleda was to. We were told that she was adopted by a Calvin and Grace King from Pendleton County, Ky. Jasper saw Oleda in Clovis, California in 1943. Jasper was in the Service. Billy, her Son was about 3 or 4 at that time at least that is what Jasper thinks. Oleda was with a William Goins so Jasper assumes that Billy's last name would be Goins. We heard that Oleda died in 1982. Nothing for sure here. Jasper is 78 years old and very ill and would love to see this Nephew if he is still living. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
