Delph , one son Larkin Delph ( Larkin is the only one I know has a Civil war marker. Could you look up these 4 for me, 1.His name was Benjamin F. Delph Civl War,enlisted August 19,1861 in Clay Co.Ky.served as a private in Co. E - 7th Regt.Kentucky Inf. Was honorably discharged at Louisville, Ky.on the 3rd day of Oct.1864. Don't know where he is buried. 2. Benjamin brother, Andrew J. Delph, Civil War ,enlisted at Cincinnati, Ohio,24th day of Feb.1865 as private,in Co.F.193th Regt of Ohio Inf. was honorably discharged at Cumberland, Maryland on the 30th day of May1865. Buried at Pittsburg Cemetery, London, Ky by Larkin Delph. 3. Benjamin nephew,(Information taken from his discharged Papers), Samuel A. Delph, Civil War, enlisted 1st day of January 1864, New Co. D-9th Regt .of Tennessee Cavaly( not sure of spelling) Volunteers, Discharged 11th day of September 1865, by reason of muster out of Company. Transferred from Co.S same Regt. Not sure where he is buried but hi died at Garrard, Clay Co.Ky. 4. My ggrandfather --John J. Barrett--Civil War. enlisted 1st day of Nov.1861 at Camp Jackson,a private Co. H. 24 Regt. Ky. Inf. Muster out roll date Covington,Ky. Jan.31,1865, On Surgeon"s Certificate of Disability June 14,1862 at St. Louis,Mo, Buried at Bryant Cemetery, Laurel Co.Ky.
