Mary, good luck! My new OE chewed up my saved messages from the last 5 yrs! Have been moving/copying what i can find to discs too, so that i can do a "recovery" on 6-mo-old computer!!!!! And the "support" from OE is NOT there, so i know what you are going through. Am so glad i printed some of the saved messages! Wish i had printed all of them! Can you print yours? Have you tried to save them to a new file folder on your desktop? from there you can copy "a" file, one at a time is what they told me, to discs. Hope someone else on our list can help!
