The restoration of the city cemetery(aka Breastworks,Cemetery Hill) in London,KY will begin next week on April 4,2005. The first week of work will include evaluation of the site,preliminary base resetting,compiling information of stones that need repairs,documentation,and possibly the restoration of the military stones. If you want to contribute any additional information while we are on site you can email,stop in, or call. Work hours are approximately 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday,with occasional work on Saturday and Sunday. We will be working on another cemetery in Indiana during part of the month of April, so if you plan to stop by please call to make sure we are working on the project.
