Evelyn GEORGE Blankenship 88, Lebanon, died Mar. 5, 2005. She was a nurses aid 20 years for Hendricks Regional Hospital, retiring in 1985. She was a member of London (KY) Baptist Church. Services will be at Noon, Monday, March 7, 2005 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with calling there from 10 a.m. Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens, Zionsville. She was the widow of Levi Blankenship. Survivors include sons Clifton, John, Charles, and Jerry Blankenship; daughters Odetta Williams, Mary Williams; brothers Howard George, Leroy George; sisters Alpha Vidito, Erma Lee Swank, Eulene Watkins, Ruby Patton; 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
