    3. Mary, Lots of times when I have a problem, I call my internet carrier (in my case it is Adelphia), and they are nice enough to walk me through my problem. It is worth a try. 3. Even when mine can't help because it is OE problem, they tell me where to go to get help (Road Runner). Just did this the other day. I couldn't open a website from email. They told me where to go on the internet--it was a microsoft problem. ----- Original Message ----- From: "betty allen" <bandgallen@adelphia.net> To: <KYLAUREL-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, March 12, 2005 11:12 AM Subject: Re: [KYLAUREL-L] Moving Genealogy Messages to New Computer > Mary, > > Lots of times when I have a problem, I call my internet carrier (in my > case it > is Adelphia), and they are nice enough to walk me through my problem.
