I believe it used to be and may still be named the Jackson Cemetery, but all you ever hear it called is Cemetery Hill. I hope this helps. Madison and Mrs Mary Daniel-Duncil married October 17, 1839 Clay Co KY. Does this information check-out with anything you have? She was born in April of 1853. My grandmother always told us her grandmother was Mary Henson, but people said Madison House married Mary "Polly" Duncil. Mary House Anderson was married to Henry Anderson. He left her with my ggrandmother and two other girls to raise. They were raised by Sherman House, who was their uncle (son of Mary Henson House and Madison House.) Now I'm wondering if once again generations are named the same thing. My Sherman House is buried in Walnut Hill Cemetery on Terrill's Creek Road in Jackson County. I am in touch with a descendant of Madison and Mary's son, Perry House, who went on to live in Ponca City, OK. What kind of link do you think we have here?

I did this research to see if I could associate my ancestor, Lemuel Moore, with the other Moores living there. Thomas was born about 1808....I think that Jesse Moore and Peggy Cathers may have had a son named Bartlett Moore born in 1801, but I would have to look through my papers......I would be very interested in any information that you have on these families.....I think that one of Thomas' daughters married a gentleman by the name of Henry Cathers, but again I will need to review my notes.
