Does anyone know how to find out who had phone #152 in 1889? I have a simple pencil, never sharpened, which has "No. 152 telephone" impressed on it and my gggrandfather's name written lengthwise on it in pencil: "Jakob Bill, 1889". He lived near London. I didn't know they had a phone system then. Of course, he may have gotten it somewhere else. Any insight appreciated.
