RESPONSE: I can see the Evergreen Cem. is listed as "Flat Lick". Located above the Old Flat Lick Baptist Church. A Thursey Ann MESSER, b. 1838; d. 1915 and a John MESSER are listed.(no dates on him). The Walker Cem. is listed at New Flat Lick but no MESSERs listed. In my books, all the other cemeteries are simply listed as being in Knox Co. or they list some particular area of Knox Co. such as Roaring Fork, Fighting Creek, Indian Creek, etc. etc. I would not know from just the names of the cemeteries if any of these others listed in Knox Co. would actually fall into the area of "Flat Lick". I have many of their death certificates that just list the burial as Flat Lick, no Cemetery named so I don't even know where to begin. I'm not really looking for specific burial information as I will go to the cemetery and take photographs, but can someone look in a cemetery book and let me know which cemetery shows them being buried there? Thank you, Happy New Year, Cassy.<
