The Historical Society is no longer in existence. The Knox County Genealogical Society is still going strong. They have many publications for sale. The Historical Society was the one that Michael Mills worked with quite a bit. They published a set of cemtery books also. I have seen one set at the Knox County Library in Barbourville. I also have the cemetery books from the Genealogical Society. Both sets look similiar but the content is different in both sets. However the Genealogical Society does not offer any of Michael Mills books that I am aware of.
