Although there are a number of JARVIS families living in Knox Co. as of the 1900 Fed. Census, there is NO Warren JARVIS residing there. You state you have him on the 1920 Fed. Census but you don't say WHERE. Was it in Knox Co., KY? When I ran the KY Birth CD's for a JARVIS female having CLARK children, I found this but the dates are off from what you list. It does appear it "could" be the child, Luella CLARK you mention, however. Here is what I see: CLARK, Luella b. 12-23-1921 in Campbell Co., KY; Vol. 126; Cert 62599, maiden name of mother: Mary CLARK NOTE: Unfortunately sometimes the married name vs. the maiden name is listed on the birth certificate.
