Bond Bk K dated November 19, 1901 Groom - ""2nd marriage"" Bride - lst marriage at Bill SMITH's PRINCE, Millard, 22, b. Knox Co.; father: George PRINCE ; mother: Polly PRINCE to: SMITH, Sarah, age 18, father: Bill SMITH; mother: Rhodia SMITH I would think it wouldn't be too likely that the Millard PRINCE who married in 1882 at age 18 would have been married prior with a family. Maybe we have 3 Millard PRINCEs Okay, these two fit: Knox Co. Mar. Book T dated May 9, 1899 Groom - lst mar. Bride - lst mar at Ewel JOURDAN's PRINCE, Millard, 18, b. Knox Co.; father: George PRINCE; mother Polly PRINCE, both b. n Knox Co. to: JOURDAN, Viney Bell, 15, b. Knox Co.; father: Ewell JOURDAN; b. Knox; mother: Martha JOURDAN, b. Knox Co. I'm not quite sure what we have here but it appears this Millard married in 1899 to Viney Bell JOURDAN and then married again in 1901 to a Sarah SMITH. However, this Millard shows up with Viney Bell, his first wife, as of the 1910 and the 1920. Did he divorce the first wife, remarry the 2nd wife?? Or, have I completely missed something?
