I wonder if this Mays family is connected to my Mays family. My great-grandfather, John Lewis Daniel married a Nancy Mays who was born in 1845 in Kentucky. We don't know where in Kentucky she was born. She and John Daniel had a son, William Lewis Daniel born in 1865 in Laurel County, Kentucky. Does your Mays have a Nancy who was born in KY in 1845?
