You will have to have someone confirm this before we go any further. This would be your gg-grandparents on your grandfather's side: Obediah "Obie" MILLS, b. Jun 5, 1835 (s/o Isaac MILLS and Lavina HAMMONS) in Knox Co. who married Nov 22, 1860 in Knox Co. to Nancy BARGO. Obediah died bef. May 1927. Nancy BARGO was b. abt. 1845 in Knox Co. and died May 6, 1927 in Knox Co. Her parents were: John B. "Jack" BARGO and Elizabeth "Bettie" BAKER . I have 13 children for them beginning in 1862 and ending in 1887. One of their children was: Larkin MILLS, b. September 18, 1876 in Knox Co.; died May 27, 1921 in Knox Co.; He married February 24, 1899 in Knox Co. to Elizabeth/Eliza "Lizzie" D. MERIDA. Lizzie was a child of William "Bill" MERIDA and Catherine HAMMONS. William "Bill" MERIDA was a son of Bradley MEREDITH and a possible wife, Kizziah WARREN who married 2nd to my g-grand aunt, Mahala TAYLOR and had another family. On the 1900 Fed. Census for Knox Co.
