Susan and Garrett TAYLOR were some of the several children of Harrison TAYLOR (b. 1836; d. 1904) and his wife, Mary Ann HUTCHINS (b. 1844; d. 1895). Harrison TAYLOR was a son of Cornelius Alexander TAYLOR (b. 1794; d. 1874) and his wife, Sarah Ann WALKER (b. 1795; d. ca 1885). I have Lucy BROUGHTON b . April 1900 ; d. April 4, 1978 in Knox Co. She was married to Bert JACKSON, Lige MILLS and an UNK. SMITH. From your query, you are from Elijah/Lige MILLS. I would be very interested in sharing information with you on our family. Who were the parents of the Elijah/Lige MILLS? Who were their children? Have you been to your g-grandmother's cemetery at Alex Creek? I was there again this past Sept. Susan TAYLOR BROUGHTON, a number of her children as well as Harrison TAYLOR and his wife and his parents are buried in the TAYLOR-BROUGHTON Cem. in Knox Co.
