I am searching for the parents of Telithia Messer, I have her death certificate and it states she was born in 1886. The death certificate is hard to read but , it actually looks like Barberville or Barkerville, but can find no town spelled either way. So I am thinking it is suppposed to be Barbourville. It says her father was G T (or F) Messer and her mother was Celia Baker both listed as being born in the same town as Telithia. Has anyone come across information about this family? I have searched the 1880 Knox county census and have found a Gorden and Cealy Messer livng in Knox county, this is the closest I have come to a possibility. By 1910 Telithia was married living in Illinois, Union County Thank you for any help Jean Rowcliffe in Colorado
