There is NO Pleasant EDWARDS listed but the same family as in the 1910 is listed . Note Pleasant is listed as a JOHNSON as of 1900: Dwelling 164-164 EDWARD, Andrews, b. 10-1864, 35, mar. 17 yrs, b. KY ; parents b. KY . .Fannie, wife, b. 5-1865, mar. 17 yrs, 35yrs old, 7 born ; 7 living, b. KY ;parents .b. KY JOHNSON, Maggie, dau, b. 7-1883, 16, mar. 0 yrs, b. KY . Amille, dau, b. 9-1885, 14, KY . Lucy, dau, b. 6-1890, 9, KY . Pleasant, son, b. 1-1892, 8, KY* * * . Harvey, son, b. 8-1894, 5, KY . .Jefferson, son, b. 9-1896, 3, KY . .William, son,b. 3-1898, 1, KY JOHNSON, George, son-ini-law, b.3-1879, 21, mar. 0 yrs, KY NOTE: It would appear that the census enumerator became confused over the marriage of Andy EDWARDS one dau. and listed all his children as JOHNSONS. Here is their marriage record. I kept seeing this Andrew/Andy EDWARDS living right next to my MILLS in Clay Co. Now I know why. EDWARDS, Andrew J. to MILLS, Fannie, mar. 30 Jan 1882, File 20 - Clay co. Jefferson MILLS b. 5-1854 is living next dwelling. These MILLS are from Harrison MILLS descendants who was the son of Sarah TAYLOR (older sister to my g-grandfather, Harrison TAYLOR ) who was married to Clark "Big Clark" MILLS. I do not see Sarah/Jane BROWN listed as either a BROWN or a COMBS. I do not see a Gillis/Gillus COMBS. Joyce Taylor Collins La Palma, CA
