You are correct that Telitha did have a child and her first child was Celia. However Celia would have been born about 1856 not 1836 as you first stated nor 1886 as the death certificate states. Also would Celia have gone by the name of Brackett? Are you sure that Merida Brackett is Celia's father? I only wonder and I have no proof one way or another, but Telitha was first married to "a" Noah Cox in 1853 and didn't marry Merida until 1857. using the 1860 Census records I believe that puts Celia being born right in the middle.
