On the 1880 census, it shows Missouri Jones living with this family. I am descended through Missouri's brother, Ephraim Jones. I have been in contact with a descendant of Missouri. She told me that Missouri talked about operating a ferry across a river at a young age, I am assuming the Cumberland, that belonged to a family member. Since she was living with the Parrotts, it is possible that they were the owners. Would you have any information on this? Thanks, Brian.
