Effie Miller unsure of the date but thier first child was born in 1944. Dexter was born in Knox Co. unsure on Effie Miller but both of thier children were born in Bell Co. Also a lookup for Ewel Sams and Nannie Smith both born in knox co thier first child was born abt 1910, according to the 1910 census. Thier second child Dexter was born 20 jan 1911. Thanks Kelly
