Dec. 9, 1962 in Knox, KY. Also...He is not listed in the SS Death Index for some reason. Would anyone know why??? He was a coal miner and could have traveled between Campbell, TN and Knox, KY. If anyone may have any info on him, I'd appreciate it. For instance: where he's buried, who his parents could be, or even why he didn't have a SS # Anything is appreciated. Thanks, Anita
