Hi, I am not related to the Patterson side, but Sallie Wilson Patterson was a sister to my Grandpa Mack. I have that she was married to a Roger Patterson, and they had a son General Patterson. I don't have any source for the name Roger, but maybe Kager is a transcribing error? I don't have the names of other children. I haven't researched Sallie's descendents, she was my great aunt and is buried near her son General Patterson and several of her other siblings.
