His first name was either "Alvie" or "Elvie". As far as I can tell he was born in Knox county around the early 1920s give-or-take a few years. He married Anna Mae Christian d/o Amos Christian and Mittie Moore from Lee Co. VA. They had three sons, my cousins Jerry, Jimmy and Jackie whom I've lost track of over the years. More specifically, I'm trying to find out who Al's parents were. I know that Anna Mae died in the early 60s (I think). Al lived on into the 70s but I don't know exactly when he died.
