Thank you, I often get so confussed! OK! Pearlie Evans Married John Henry Epperson, b. Nov. 1st, 1884, d. March 24th, 1967 Pearl's b. June 5th, 1891, d. May 19th, 1983. According to records, John Henry's Father was Green Epperson, b. June 21st. 1854, d. Feb. 25th, 1934. A little story here. Looks like Green was a Scott, not a Epperson. Changed his name after his third or forth child. I believe some kind of trouble with the law. Anyways, Greens mother Sarah Elliott, Scott, York, last maried a Mr. James York. She was his second wife. Listed on a census was Green as Scott York. I do know that Pearl's mother was a patterson, which you have sent me informtion years ago and I thank you for it. Now the hunt for Mr. John W. Evans and his parents. I have only two names left to fill on my family tree and these are my missing links. The only story I remembering hearing is John had my GGrandmother Sarah Jane Evans expecting the same time as another woman. So, Pearl has a 1/2 brother pretty close in age and remember also hearing stories she visited him in Flat Lick by the name of Jesse Evans. OK! Sorry such a long story. Hope it helps out.
