Joyce, I'm also working on Bays , Rose families (Elbert & Phoebe Carr Bays.and James & Stella Bays Rose) And Miphra Mosley who married a Pearlie Bays in 1912, they has a son Edward Mosley b.1913, Also Miphra died Dec 1913. I was surprised to read that someone else was also working / related on Mosley, Bays. Than what i has found about Phoebe Carr (Kerr) Bays was true, she had married after her husband Elbert Bays died in 1914?
