Yes, if this Olly is and I suspect she is the daughter of Abner Nelson; Rachel Ann NELSON wife of Franklin Gale BARTON would be her sister. Also, the James LOWE mentioned would be the husband of their other sister Anna NELSON. Green NELSON is actually James Green NELSON brother to Rachel, Anna, & Olly. There is another sister as well named Mary born circa 1863 at Lynn Camp, Knox, KY. I have no idea who she married or if she made it to adulthood.
