Cassie, I thought these schools would be from the book "Images of American, Barbourville and Knox County but they aren't. That book has lots of photos of old schools but not the ones you posted. The ones in the book are mostly of the building itself. The above book was compiled by Michael C. Mills and was purchased for me in 2000 by my neice. I'm sure it could still be purchase at a book store in Barbourville or Corbin. Mary Siler
