Will there be anyone who could try to start a new Knox County Genealogical Society? You would think that with all the people in Knox County, that someone would be willing to start it anew. Thanks, Charlotte Miller Charlotte, it's my understanding that the Knox County Historical Society is open on Wednesdays but will open at other times if you call for an appointment to do research. I wish they were open another day during the week since my husband and I keep the Whitley County Historical & Genealogical Society open on Wednesdays. I did get to visit the society one time through the week when they had it open during the Daniel Boone Festival. Yes, I miss the publication also. I wish there were a couple of people as dedicated as Mrs. Logan and Mrs. Jones were. Mary Siler
