It would be Ben BROUGHTON b. 1934 to Charlie BROUGHTON and Nancy BRIGHT BROUGHTON to Wilkerson BROUGHTON and Sarah JOHNSON back to William BROUGHTON b. 1832 who married lst to Elizabeth SLUSHER b. 1842 in Harlan; married 2nd in 1867 to Sarah Elizabeth JONES. Then backwards to John BROUGHTON and Sarah PAYNE BROUGHTON to William BROUGHTON and Elizabeth NICHOLSON to Job and Mary BROUGHTON. My connection is with Anthony BROUGHTON b. 8-4-1863 in Knox Co. who was a brother to your Wilkerson BROUGHTON married to Nancy J. SCALF. However, I see that Wilkerson was married lst to Nancy SCALF in 1880 and 2nd to Sarah JOHNSON in 1892. She was dau. of John JOHNSON and Olive EDWARDS JOHNSON. Therefore, the Charlie BROUGHTON b. 2 Jun 1902 who married Nancy BRIGHT would be from the 2nd marriage. Anthony BROUGHTON was married two times prior to his marriage to my grandpa (Garrett TAYLOR's) sister, Susan "Susie" TAYLOR BROUGHTON.
