She was born May 16, 1949, in Knott County, the daughter of the late Adam & Mary Martin Combs. She is survived by sons: Anthony (Jill) Patrick of Lexington, & Adam Lee (Stacy) Ritchie of Morehead; 1 daughter: Sherry Lynn Slone of Panama City, Florida; 2 brothers: Donald Keith (Linda) Combs of Clear Creek, & Darrell Wayne (Benita) Combs of Hazard; Grandchildren: Jace Patrick Reese Patrick, Emily Jane Cook & Elizabeth Raine Cook; and a host of family & friends. Funeral services were held Saturday, October 2, 1010 at 1 p.m. at the Clear Creek Free Church with Bethel Bolen officiating.
