Geneva Wicker, 72, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 2:17 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Miller's Merry Manor East in Wabash. She was born May 30, 1936 in Hindman, Kentucky to John Wess and Shirley May (Conley) Reynolds. She married Worley Wicker; he died December 6, 1985. She worked at Wabash Magnetics, General Tire, and Shirt Shed. She is survived by four sons, Chris Wicker of Norfolk, Virginia, Bill Wicker, Eddie Wicker, and Robert Wicker, all of Wabash; six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracey Eltzroth, who died December 2, 2006, three brothers, and one sister. Funeral services will be held at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Tim Prater officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call 9-10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
