Joe was born May 29, 1956 in Milan the son of Ray and Flossie (Gibson) Tuttle He married Jeannine Marie (LeGeyt) Tuttle who survives. He was an electrician for Hillside Orchard Farms. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a member of the VFW at Clayton, Georgia and also was a member of the 2 Dogs Motorcycle Club. Passed Away On: Saturday August 21, 2010 at the VA Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Survivors Include: Wife Jeannine, Brothers Charles Tuttle of Sunman, Fred Tuttle of Canaan, Glen Tuttle of Indianapolis, and Tim Tuttle of Milan, Sisters Nina Harrison of Waycross, Georgia, Sandra McClanahan of Moores Hill and Christina Wilson of Souderton, Pennsylvania Visitation: Visitation will be 5:30 until 8PM Friday August 27 at the Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral home in Milan. Funeral Services On: Saturday August 28, 2010 at 10AM at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan with Pastor Adam Fulkner officiating. Burial will follow in Craven Cemetery at Milan Special Services: Military Rites at gravesite by Milan Legion Post #235.
