Survivors Include: a son, Dustin Walter of Milan; Father Cecil Spurlock of Milan; Stepfather Jim Johnson of Sunman; Brothers Densil Spurlock of Moores Hill and Jimmy Johnson of Sunman; Sisters Betty Yorn of Milan, Pam Sloan of Batesville, Carol Lamberth of Minnesota, Denise Simms of Milan, and Jean Parrish of Illinois.
