She was the daughter of the late George Everage and Bertha Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill "Willie" Dixon; sons Douglas and James Williams Dixon and sister Carrie Davidson. She is survived by her son, Danny Dixon and wife Bobbie Kay; daughter-in-law Dani Lou Dixon; sisters Gladys Mobley, Goldie Johnson and Sadie Combs; grandchildren Danny Shane Dixon, James William Dixon III, Aaron Von Dixon, Danielle Dixon, Shaun E. Dixon and Chad Douglas Dixon; step grandsons Andy Circle and wife Amy and Gabriel Hehe and wife Kim. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17. The funeral service will at noon on Thursday, November 18. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Hazard.
