Born March 20, 1959, she was the daughter of Floyd Baker Sr. and Della Mae Sizemore Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 Brother- Kenny Dwayne Baker. He was the baseball coach for the Vicco Mets Babe Ruth Team for several years in the old Carr Fork Babe Ruth League. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II.
