Here is the very best Cheese Cake in the world. I have had lots of Cheese Cake over the years. New York, Chicago, Wichita, Miami, Dayton, but none come close to this: Best Cheese Cake In The World Crust: Animal Crackers; crush in food processor, about 2 cups or Graham Crackers 2 Tablespoons sugar 4 Tablespoons butter- melted Filling: 1 1/2 pounds Cream Cheese (room temp) 1 1/2 cups of sugar 16 oz. Sour Cream 2 tsp vanilla 1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk 8 eggs 2 Tablespoons lemon juice Crush Animal Crackers and add sugar; mix in 10 inch spring form pan with melted butter. Pat down and form crust on bottom and partly up sides of pan. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and vanilla; add eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly mixed. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Shut oven off and leave in oven for 1 hour more; remove and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. When cake is cooled, top with cherry or your favorite flavor pie filling.
