JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON E.B. PRATT FROM THE GREENE COUNTY (OH) DAILIES 10/22/10 E. B. Pratt, age 80 of New Carlisle, OH went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2010. He was born December 23, 1929 in Sassafras, KY, the son of the late Matthew and Jenetta (Farler) Pratt. E. B. was a member of the Faith Hill Church of God and was employed as a roofer with Wehner's Roofing Company and member of Roofers Local Union No. 75, retiring in 1989 after 36 years of service. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa Pratt; two grandsons, Jeremiah Quay and Daniel Ryan as well as eight siblings. He is survived by his wife of over 59 years, Edith; six sons, Wayne (Kathie) of Fairborn, OH, Michael (Linda) of Dayton, OH, Danny (Karen) of Fairborn, Craig of New Carlisle, OH, Eric B. (Elsa) of New Carlisle, Dana (Stacy) of Urbana, OH; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers, Harold, Delbert, Quay; and two sisters, Dolly and Shirley. A funeral service will be held on October 25, 2010 at 1:30 P.M. in the Belton-Stro! up Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Tooney Easterling officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Byron Cemetery.
