She was born in Floyd County on September 4, 1912, to Sip Hatcher and Maude Spencer Hatcher. She is survived by a son: Jack B. Combs; a daughter: Nancy (Roger D.) Pack; 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; host of nieces and nephews. Vanover. She was preceded in death by her parents, Green and Ethel (Noble) Vanover; five brothers and one sister. A Celebration of her life was held at her home in Cocoa, on Friday, January 21, 2011, at 4:00 pm.
