Garnard or anyone that would know, Do you know anything about Fred Martin & Stella Martin from Prestonsburg? They lived there years ago and owned a motel near the highschool. They adopted a daughter Verla that is my Aunt. I am trying to find out the parents of each of them. Verla is really hard to trace back.
