Huff, 98, of Washington CH, Ohio died on Saturday April 3, 2010 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Dorothy was born on March 16, 1912 in Pippa Passes, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Johnny and Elizabeth Honeycutt Slone. She was one of the first graduates of the Alice Lloyd School in Pippa Passes. She was a homemaker and foster grandmother and also worked with special needs children. She married Lawrence Huff on November 1, 1929; he preceded her in death in 1972. She was a member of the Assembly of God in Wilmington and attended the Grace Community Church in Washington CH. She is survived by her children, Cluitt (Sue) Huff of Cold Spring, KY, Vanilla Stritenberger of Washington CH, Ohio, David (Marjorie) Huff of Sabina, Ohio, Zeak (Thursa) Huff of Highland, Ohio, Ruey Faye (Norman) Wiget of Winchester, Ohio, Bill (Bonnie) Huff of Amarillo, TX, Raymond Huff of Beavercreek, Ohio, John (Judy) Huff of Mebane, NC, Carl (Carol) Huff of Fort Worth, TX, Keith (Kathy) Huff of Alvin, TX, Stanley (Christie) Huff of Clayton, NC and Anthony Wayne (Alma) Huff of Orlando FL; thirty-eight (38) grandchildren; eighty-six (86) great grandchildren; thirty-two (32) great great grandchildren; and daughter- in- law, Betty Huff of Atlanta, GA. In addition to her husband, she was preceded by her son Frank Huff, son- in- law Ralph Stritenberger and three brothers. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11AM at the Grace Community Church, 525 Glenn Ave, Washington CH with burial in the Sabina Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5 until 8 PM at the Grace Community Church and on Thursday from 10 AM until time of service. Littleton Funeral Home of Sabina is serving the family.
