She was born in Vest on October 31, 1912, to Henry Combs and Martha Campbell Combs. She is survived by her son: Kencil (Edith) Fitch; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is survived by 4 sons: Jackie (Mazie) Mullins of Topmost, Ray (Cindy) Mullins & Johnny (Ruby) Slone both of Dema, Lee (Gracie) Morgan of Indiana; 3 daughters: Bonnie (Gene) Hall of Iowa, Faye (Buck) Humble of Allen, and Rose (Paul) Huff of Frenchburg; 2 step sons: Raymond Mullins & Dingus Mullins both of MI; 27 Grandchildren, 62 Great-Grandchildren and several Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 son: Lonnie Mullins; 1 daughter: Susie Sexton; 1 step son: Jimmy Mullins; 4 Grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 brothers & 2 sisters. He is survived by son: Samuel Floyd Stewart II; 3 daughters: Meghan Nicolle Stewart, Isabella Grace Stewart and Hannah Faith Stewart; 3 brothers: Christopher Stewart of Pikeville, Jeffery Adkins of Printer, and Randall Adkins of Harold; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Kermit & Nesha Dailey and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
