Jackie Lynn Sparkman Jackie Lynn Sparkman, age 43 died Friday, April 16 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born October 19, 1966 in Lima, Ohio to J. Aster & Drusilla "Rowe" Watts and they survive in McGuffey. On May 24, 1985 in Hindman KY she married William "Bill" Sparkman and he survives in Harrod. Other survivors include a son Ryan at home, a daughter Kelcey at home, maternal grandmother, Aline Rowe, McGuffey, a brother Tracy (Mary Ann) Watts, Louisville, KY, and a sister Tammy (James) Carter, Pryor OK. She was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Joe Sparkman, and a brother, Jeff Watts. Jackie attended the Crossroads First Church of God, Lima, enjoyed fishing, and watching sports, especially watching her son's basketball games. She was a 1985 graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School and received her degree in accounting from Hindman Vocational. She was a supervisor at Exel Logistics, Lima. Friends may call from 2-8 pm Monday at Union Chapel Missionary Church,State Rout 81 at Thayer Rd, Lima and Tuesday after 4 pm at Ball Branch Old Regular Baptist Church in Mousie, KY. Funeral services will begin at 10 am Wednesday at Ball Branch Old Regular Baptist Church, Mousie, KY. Burial will follow at Sparkman Family Cemetery, Mousie KY.
