She was born April 18, 1943, at Emmalena, the daughter of the late Joseph & Minnie Sizemore Pelfrey. She was a homemaker and wife of the late Orville Allen. She is survived by 1 brother: Roy (Geraldine) Pelfrey of Sturgis, Michigan; 2 sisters: Sadie (Darrel) Wirth of Sturgis, Michigan & Bertha (Sammy) Martin of Ashland, Ohio; special friend: Pam Couch of Hindman; and a host of family & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother: Bobby Pelfrey; 2 sisters: Nora Gene Messer & Betty Sue Pelfrey. Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 2, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home of Hindman with David Gross officiating. Hall of Dayton, Ohio, and 3 sisters: Courtney Hall of Betsy Layne, Misty Hall and LaKeisha Hall both of McDowell. Malcom Hall, wife Joyce, Grethel, Kentucky, Annis Faye Bailey, husband Doug, Bardstown, Ky., Lula Ratliff, Allen, Ky., Sister in law; Marlene Hall, Raven, Ky. Grandson; Johnathan Dwight Moore. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife-Connie; 3 sons- Wesley Blaine Young of Lexington, David Scott (Natilie) Young of Beaver Dam, and Steven Porter of Beaver Dam; 1 daughter- Jacqueline Dawn (Jeremy Ray) Frames of Beaver Dam; 3 brothers- Charles (Ellen Young), Travis (Beth) Young and Randy (Jeannie) Young; 2 sisters- Pam Young and Sally Huff; 4 grandchildren-Breanna, Madison, Cayden and Kaylee. She married Maggard Caudill on May 24, 1943, in Pikeville and he preceded her death November 1, 1976. She was a homemaker and member of Little Flossie Old Regular Baptist Church in Lisbon. She is survived by 6 sons: Woodie and Ethel Caudill of Paintsville, Ky., Darel and Martha Caudill of Middlebury, Ralph and Robin Caudill of Kendallville, Talt and Sherry Caudill of Kendallville, Kenneth and Rita Caudill of Pierceton, Amos and Kathy Caudill of LaGrange; 4 daughters: Marie and Robert Scoles of Kendallville, Kathy and Jack Hamilton of Huntington, Eunice and Terry Triplett of Angola, Nora Lee and Ronald Hamman of Angola, Mary Helen and Tracy Lynch of Corbin, Ky., Bertha "Birdie" and Robert Smith of Ligonier, Ruthann and Kevin Weikart of Pierceton; 26 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
