My neice was married to Gene Randell many yrs ago. Margaret Mullins, Gene Rusty -age 69, of Amburgey, Ky., died on Wednesday, January 7, 2004, at Appalachian Regional Hospital, Hazard, Ky. He was born on March 8, 1934, in Knott County, Ky., the son of the late Rex and Vernice Rowe Mullins. He was a disabled miner. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Ima Zell. He is survived by four sons, Russell Mullins of Hindman, Ky., Gene R. Mullins of Lotts Creek, Ky., Cleve Mullins and Mark Mullins, both of Pike County, Ky.; three daughters, Donna Kay Galloway of Ashland, Ky., Brookie L. Mullins of Mt. Sterling, Ky. and Rhonda Mullins of Dean, Ky.; two brothers, James H. Mullins of Mallie, Ky. and Otis B. Mullins of Amburgey, Ky.; one sister, Amynell Madden of Amburgey, Ky.; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of stepchildren. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, January 10, at 11:00 a.m., at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman, Ky., with Don Pratt, Billy Joe K! irby and Richard Spencer officiating. Burial followed in Rowe Cemetery, Flax Patch, Ky., under the direction of Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.
