EDNA MAE TUTTLE, age 75, of Wolcottville, died on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Nadine and Billy Ray Powers, near Mongo, Indiana. Mrs. Tuttle was born in Rock Fork hollar, near Garrett, Kentucky on September 13, 1935 to the late Jay and Delzy (Chaffins) Tuttle. Edna was employed at Sturgis Molding for 25 years before retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Charity United Baptist Church near Stroh. Survivors include: Son, James Anthony and Sadona Tuttle of Fort Wayne. Brother, Rev. Bill and Betty Tuttle of Hudson. Sister, Nadine and Billy Ray Powers of Howe. Sister, Ruby Jean and Klinon Newsome of Grethel, Kentucky. Brother, Harvey and Ruthie Tuttle of LaGrange. Brother, Rodney and Helen Tuttle of Rock Fork, Kentucky. Sister, Barbara Ann and Oscar Slone of Rome City. Sister, Cindy and Gary McNickle of Kendallville. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Irene Moore and brothers, Isom Tuttle and Rev. Marvin Douglas Tuttle. Visitation will be after 3:00pm Saturday, January 8, 2011 and all day Sunday at the Charity United Baptist Church at the five corners near Stroh, Indiana. Evening church services will be at 6:00pm both Saturday and Sunday. Funeral services will be Monday, January 10, 2011 at 1:00pm at the church. Officiating the funeral service will be Reverend Willie Collins with Pastors Travis Moore and Zack Brown assisting. Burial will be at Brushy Chapel Cemetery in LaGrange County.
